Three victories in a row is one thing. Five drivers have done it in the Truck Series, and Ron Hornaday's current streak makes him the second to do it twice (Mike Skinner is the other).

But four in a row? It's never happened in the Truck Series, although Hornaday will be aiming to break that trend Friday night in the AAA Insurance 200 at O'Reilly Raceway Park.

In 1997, Hornaday won Milwaukee, Louisville and Colorado before finishing third to Joe Ruttman at Topeka. Of course, Hornaday led a race-high 26 of the 81 laps that day. He then won two more consecutive races (ORP and Flemington) to take five of six during a summer spark that still left him fifth in the standings at seasons' end.

What is the luck of the other drivers to shoot for the feat? Not too shabby.

Johnny Benson finished fourth at Bristol after he won three in a row in 2008. He won the championship that year.

• Skinner finished fifth at Kansas after he won three in a row in 2007.

Todd Bodine finished second in the 2006 season opener at Daytona after he won three in a row to finish the 2005 season. He won the championship that year.

Greg Biffle finished third at Milwaukee after he won three in a row in 2000.

• Skinner finished fourth at Bristol after he won three in a row in 1996.

"This is really unbelievable. I'm not sure what we're doing but we need to keep doing it."
-- Ron Hornaday, No. 33 Chevrolet

1Lap led by Chad Chaffin to win the 2004 ORP race. Ron Hornaday won the 1997 race by leading two laps. In seven of the 14 races the winner has led more than 100 laps.

3Drivers who have started 12 of the 14 races held at ORP: Terry Cook (14.2 average finish), Rick Crawford (12.7 average finish) and Dennis Setzer (9.6 average finish).
4Times that the ORP winner went on to win the Truck Series championship: Mike Skinner (1995), Jack Sprague (2001), Ron Hornaday (2007) and Johnny Benson (2008).
5Drivers with an average running position of 10th or better in the last four years at ORP: Ron Hornaday (3.163), Rick Crawford (6.000), Dennis Setzer (9.374), Todd Bodine (9.448) and Matt Crafton (10.554).
5Past ORP winners who are entered in Friday night's race: Mike Skinner (1995, 1996), Ron Hornaday (1997, 2007), Dennis Setzer (2005), Terry Cook (2002) and Rick Crawford (2006).
9.3Average finish for Kyle Busch in three starts at ORP, the first of which was a ninth-place finish in the No. 99 Ford for Jack Roush.
139Laps led by Johnny Sauter at ORP, the most by a driver who has not won at the track. Ironically, all of Sauter's laps led came in the 2004 race when dominated only to finish second after a tangle with Travis Kvapil on a late restart. Sauter only competed in one other race that season (Richmond).
350Laps led by Mike Skinner of the 350 laps run in the first two races at ORP in 1995 and 1996. He has led just 21 laps since then, although he still holds the top spot in laps led among active drivers (371) ahead of Ron Hornaday (309).
1,406Points scored by Dennis Setzer in the last 10 ORP races, more than any other driver.
